Gag mentioning this is practically a private repo was too close to License details that it looked like it was a part of the License category. 'Is anyone really even reading this?'
The old readme was good as it was for a bot I was using personally, but I plan to modify this bot to allow anyone to host it for their own guilds, therein I will need a README to match.
